• Meeting place for cruisers: Your professional driver will pick you up on the pier next to your ship at 8:00 AM, holding a sign with your name.You return to your ship by 5:00 PM

• Meeting place for travellers: : Your professional driver will pick you up from your hotel at 9 AM, and bring you back approximately 5:00 PM.

TOUR DESCRIPTION –PISA AND LUCCA

Pisa you have the option of adding skip the line tickets for this excursion to climb the two-hundred steps of the leaning tower of pisa . These tickets cost an additional 30 Euros per person and must be booked at the time you book this excursion with us .

Lucca, Explore the old city walls, punctuated by beautiful gates and ramparts. Get panoramic views of red tiled roofs, and the alleys, towers, and noble palazzos of the old town. stroll the old town center, stopping at historic sites such as the oval Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, center of entertainment in Roman times. Go to the tree-topped Giunigi Tower, one of the city’s last remaining tower,s with characteristic hanging gardens. Pass the Gothic fa�ade of the Cathedral of St. Martin and bell tower, and discover streets full of interesting antique shops.

Throughout our Pisa & Lucca shore excursions we’ll try and use scenic back roads so that you can fully appreciate the countryside of Tuscany prior to returning to the port or your Hotel

A Professional licensed guide, where needed, can be hired on request at an extra cost.

• We suggest what to see, but you decide. We can plan and customize together all the different opportunities and itineraries. Our tours are flexible and completely focused on your needs and desires.

• Please dress respectfully for visiting religious monuments; local custom requires covering knees and shoulders.

• Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.

• The tour sequence may be altered to avoid congestions but always covering mentioned sights.

• Keep an eye on your wallet and purses at all time. Do not wear jewerly or carry large amount of cash.

PAYMENT

• To book our services you have the choice to pay with Euro cash money at the end of service or to pre-pay the total fee by credit card via PayPal with an additional 10%. We don’t accept credit cards as a form of payment on the day of service, we only accept cash in Euros and/or US$; if US$ we will give you the exchange rate of the day before the service increased by 5 cents.

• Why we dont take CC on the day of the tour Often are drivers and tour guides do not have a POS on board. You can useyour credit card(s) at easily found ATM machines to withdraw cash. Your driver can show you where to find one. You get thecash just when you need it. The xchange rate is very convenient and it is the same rate applied when you purchase somethingwith your Credit Card

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• No charge will be applied for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the service date

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service date: 50% charge’

• Annulament made 48 hours prior to the service date: 75% charge’

• Cancellations made 24 hours of less or no show: 100% charge’
