Meet your driver at the Livorno Pier and enjoy a memorable day in Tuscany. You will start by driving towards Volterra. Volterra is one of the finest and lesser known hilltop towns tucked away in the heart of Tuscany. Idyllically set amidst an evocative landscape of soft rolling hills and lush woodland abruptly defined by barren, deep clay walled chasms gullies and ravines, Volterra, 545 meters above sea level, dominates and divides the Cecina and Era valleys. A haven of Etruscan, Roman, Medieval and Renaissance art and architecture Volterra and its territory are unforgettable destinations.The novel and film The Twilight Saga: New Moon are set partly in Volterra and the the Volturi vampire clan take their name from this town. The shore Excursion will continue to St Gimignano, famed for its medieval skyscrapers, which justify the title of “Mediaeval Manhattan of Tuscany”. St Gimignano features high city walls and narrow streets that perfectly match what most people imagine of a Tuscan hill-town to be like. Learn about the Guelph-Ghibelline conflict and commercial interests that forced the rich families of St Gimignano to build their towers, as well as what brought fortune and bankruptcy to this town that despite the small size is one of the most visited and unique sights of Tuscany and Italy. Return to the port for embarkation.

• To book our services you have the choice to pay with Euro cash money at the end of service or to pre-pay the total fee by credit card via PayPal with an additional 10%. We don’t accept credit cards as a form of payment on the day of service, we only accept cash in Euros and/or US$; if US$ we will give you the exchange rate of the day before the service increased by 5 cents.

• Why we dont take CC on the day of the tour Often are drivers and tour guides do not have a POS on board. You can useyour credit card(s) at easily found ATM machines to withdraw cash. Your driver can show you where to find one. You get thecash just when you need it. The xchange rate is very convenient and it is the same rate applied when you purchase somethingwith your Credit Card

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• No charge will be applied for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the service date

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service date: 50% charge’

• Annulament made 48 hours prior to the service date: 75% charge’

• Cancellations made 24 hours of less or no show: 100% charge’
